All purchases of digital products and online courses from Aash Digital are final and non-refundable

once the content has been accessed or downloaded. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our

content and protect the intellectual property of our creators.

However, we may offer refunds under exceptional circumstances, including:

  1. Duplicate Purchases: You accidentally purchased the same course or product more than once.
  2. Access Issues: You are unable to access the course or product due to a verified technical error on our platform.
  3. Unavailable Content: The course or product was removed permanently from our platform before you had a chance to access it.

To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us at support@aash-digital.com within 7 days of your purchase.

Include your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

Service-Based Projects

For custom services such as web development, graphic design, digital marketing, or any other project-based work:

  1. Initial deposits are non-refundable.

  2. If a project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

  3. If the full service has been delivered and accepted by the client, no refund will be provided.

We strive to maintain transparent communication throughout every project and ensure client satisfaction with regular updates and approvals.

Subscription Plans

If you are subscribed to a recurring plan or membership:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

  • Access to content or services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
